Can the Crown Prince be protected from your comments and public talk? If so, you will not be able to complete your study of Taoism, but will be known as unlucky. We are your children. How dare we hide our mistakes and not say anything? Please give us your opinion."

When the prince heard what the ministers said, he could not help but shed tears on his cheeks. He also said, "I have known for a long time that my father will have no son to succeed to the throne. I once asked my teacher, and my teacher said that my father will have a son to succeed to the throne this year. You all should report to my father and tell him not to worry. Please return to the court. But since I have become a monk, how can I return to the court? You, as ministers and sons, are loyal but cannot be filial. How much more so, monks cannot take care of their parents' hard work? If God grants my wish and I become a monk one day, my parents will both become Buddhas. If not, things are decided by God, and we cannot guarantee their opinions. You all should stop talking and return to the court as soon as possible to loyally assist the monarch and fulfill your duties as ministers. If my mother has a younger brother who grows up and succeeds to the throne one day, I will also rely on you to assist in the administration."
