小提示
- 三文鱼用保鲜膜或保鲜袋包好后,贴上标签,在上面注明日期,然后放入冰箱冷冻。这样可以确保三文鱼冷冻不超过8周。
- 如果解冻的是整条鱼,检查鱼的肚子里有没有冰块。用冷水冲淋鱼腹内部,让鱼彻底地解冻。

- 不要用温水解冻三文鱼,以免细菌滋生。
- 绝对不要再次冷冻已经解冻的三文鱼。
