小提示
- 棉花糖的形状取决于烤盘。你也可以把棉花糖倒进有形状的模具。使用模具前别忘了涂油和撒上加糖粉的玉米淀粉。
- 做好的棉花糖沾上融化的巧克力会更好吃哦!
- 要想做出完美的棉花糖,一定要注意控制温度。
- 清洗工具时可以将它们放入加洗涤剂的热水中浸泡。
- 所有会接触到棉花糖的工具还有你的手上都要涂油和撒上玉米淀粉,因为棉花糖非常粘。
- 在汤锅下加个导热垫可以让玉米糖浆加热更均匀。
