打饱嗝也叫嗳(ǎi)气,即空气从胃中上逆至食管和口腔。虽说打饱嗝是身体的自然反应,而且在许多文化中,打嗝是表示“食物很好吃”的意思,但是有的地方不提倡打嗝,打嗝打得太频繁也不会招人喜欢。

平时少吃会释放出气体的食物。 焗豆、小扁豆、西兰花、小椰菜、白菜、花椰菜、莴苣、洋葱、巧克力以及苹果、桃子和梨等水果,都会在消化过程中释放出气体,这就可能引起打饱嗝和肠胃气胀。
同时也要少吃本身含有大量空气的食物,如慕斯、蛋奶酥及发泡鲜奶油。总之,进入胃部的空气越多,就有越多的空气上逆。

当心胃灼热 。 胃灼热很可能是频繁打饱嗝的罪魁祸首,不过幸好我们知道是有某些特定的食物和进食方式加重了胃灼热,这就意味着就算胃灼热无法根治,我们也可以通过控制具体的习惯来减轻症状。[2]
避免暴饮暴食或睡前饮食。人在暴饮暴食之后,胃就会剧烈缩放,导致括约肌(即防止胃酸流向出错的肌肉)负担过重。[3]
这就容易引起胃灼热。
少吃高脂肪食品。高脂肪食品消化时间长,处于胃部的时间也就比较长,这就导致胃部产生大量胃酸,引起括约肌张力下降。
少吃酸性过强的食物,如洋葱、西红柿、咖啡、沙拉酱、红酒及果汁。少吃辛辣食物,如胡椒、红辣椒等。
避免其它可能引起胃灼热的因素。吸烟、穿紧身衣、肥胖及久卧都会使得胃灼热恶化。

如果你长时间打饱嗝,最好去看看医生,尽早排除患其它疾病的可能。 频繁打饱嗝,若伴有消化不良、胃灼热、恶心、胃胀、便秘、腹泻或腹痛,那就有可能是胃食管返流、胃炎、胃溃疡、乳糖不耐症或胃轻瘫的症状。如果你发现自己有以上的一种或几种疾病,那么单单是从这几种疾病入手加以控制,也可以减少打饱嗝。
小提示
在等待打饱嗝结束的时候,可以侧躺或蜷缩来让身体舒适一些。
喝热饮前最好先让其凉一凉。
让别人监督你吃饭的方式,尽量不要狼吞虎咽,以免把空气咽下去。
