小提示

  • 保证充足睡眠。必要时使用遮光布营造睡眠环境,熟睡时皮肤获得修复,所以不要忽视睡眠。
  • 喝大量的水,水分能带走身体多余油脂,而不是让油脂跑到皮肤表面,看起来油光满面。
  • 活动到出汗。运动后出汗带走部分毒素,促进血液循环使皮肤焕发活力。外出活动时要涂抹防晒霜。
  • 每晚使用婴儿润肤露,每次沐浴后均需在手臂,大腿和肚子上涂抹。
  • 喝足够的水。水分帮助毛发健康生长,去除斑点,焕发自然皮肤。
  • 检验皮肤是否干燥可以用指甲轻刮手臂或腿,如果指甲内留有白色皮屑,那说明你的皮肤太干燥了。
  • 使用蓖麻油,它含有大分子成分让皮肤闪亮,看起来更充满活力。
  • 每周做两次面膜。
  • 冬天的时候在房间内防止加湿器(不是喷雾器)。你会发现加湿器意想不到的皮肤保湿效果。

  • 避免直接用手揉脸和揉眼,防止在娇嫩的皮肤上滋生细菌,破坏眼周皮肤。
  • 为了避免皮肤损伤,不要吸烟,不要晒日光浴,也不要去日光沙龙。适度饮酒,因为酒精会扩张面部血管,使皮肤看起来不自然的发红。
