- 把取暖垫放在脚面上或者脚底下。
- 在地板上走的时候要穿袜子或鞋子,不要光脚。
- 睡觉时要用厚毛毯把脚盖暖和。
- 也可以用电热毯暖脚。但是不要一整晚都开着。
- 如果脚很冷,可以四处走动走动,记得穿上袜子。
- 冷天还要光着脚,那肯定是会冷的。
