怎么练习调息法

调息法是一种古老的呼吸控制法。研究表明练习调息可以减轻哮喘[1] 的症状。调息也有利于排解压力,缓解焦虑和抑郁。[2] 调息法一共有六种,这里会一一介绍。

小提示

  • 不要强迫自己。如果某项练习让你觉得头晕或者不舒服,你要立刻停下来。如果需要的话,你在一次练习中可以多休息几次。
  • 不要收腹。除非是练习中需要,否则你要一直保持腹部肌肉放松。如果你的腹部肌肉太紧张,肺部就不能足够充盈了。
  • 如果你患有某种疾病,那么你在练习调息法之前要先咨询你的医生。例如你患有高血压、心脏病、呼吸困难、疝气等会因为过深过快呼吸而加重的疾病,那么有些练习你就不能做。
  • 选一个舒适的坐姿,并保持背部挺直。你可以采用莲花坐的姿势,或者其他任何舒适的坐姿也可以。如果你想了解更多的信息,可以读读《如何像禅师一样打坐》。
  • 确保你没有鼻塞。在瑜伽中,用鼻子呼吸非常重要,所以如果你感冒了,可能就无法完成练习。
  • 最好在早上练习。
  • 如果你喜欢在晚上练习的话,记住要空腹,或者是餐后隔几个小时再开始练习调息。

警告

  • 5岁以上的儿童只能做2分钟的风箱式调息法和5分钟的圣光调息法和鼻孔交替调息法。
  • 孕妇和发热的患者在练习之前要先咨询医生。
  • 腹部受伤、刚做过手术、患疝气、腹膜炎、阑尾炎、直肠或子宫脱垂、食管裂孔疝以及近期分娩过的妇女,都不能练习圣光调息法。
