小提示
- 炒土豆或烤土豆时,可以用黄油代替橄榄油。用黄油烹饪的话速度比橄榄油快,如果你已经选择用黄油代替橄榄油,烹饪时间要缩短几分钟。
- 红皮土豆比棕皮土豆熟的速度快,因为红皮土豆个头较小,淀粉含量也比较低。
- 当土豆在锅中煎着的时候你可以轻轻弹些水滴到煎锅里检测温度。如果滋滋作响,就差不多熟了。如果没有,让它再加热几分钟,直到水滋滋作响。这样做的时候要小心油可能溅出来烫伤你。
- 煎锅底部很平,两侧一般不超过10厘米高,而煮东西的锅则更深,且往往带有盖子。

- 当土豆熟过头的时候淀粉含量会很高。注意将土豆煮至叉子或者勺子能轻易扎透的状态即可。
