小提示

  • 炒土豆或烤土豆时,可以用黄油代替橄榄油。用黄油烹饪的话速度比橄榄油快,如果你已经选择用黄油代替橄榄油,烹饪时间要缩短几分钟。
  • 红皮土豆比棕皮土豆熟的速度快,因为红皮土豆个头较小,淀粉含量也比较低。
