当黄油软化后,马上把黄油块取出。
- 如果你没有双层蒸锅的话,可以将水在玻璃搅拌碗里加热。然后再找出一只更大些的玻璃碗,把黄油块放在里面,并架于第一只玻璃碗之上,这样也可以起到软化的效果。

如果还没有软化,重复第3步一直达到你满意的效果为止。注意不要加热太久以至于融化了。
警告
- 谨慎使用微波炉软化的方法,一般只在前三种方法都没有用的情况下使用。因为通常微波炉方法软化的黄油都太软了,不利于之后烤东西的步骤。
