- 不要漂白皮肤。这是有害健康的做法。
- 不要用肥皂过度洗脸。肥皂会使皮肤变得干燥。所以一定要选择适合自己皮肤的洗面奶,或者洁面泡沫。
- 牛奶是天然的美白产品。做一做牛奶面膜。
- 每周用去死皮膏去一次死皮,也有助于提亮肤色。将两汤匙的燕麦和两汤匙的红糖以及四分之一杯牛奶混合起来,搅拌均匀使其呈浆糊状。然后轻轻地涂抹在脸上,过一段时间后,冲洗干净,会达到美白保湿效果。
- 用柠檬和牛奶做面膜,经常敷一敷,可以在4个月内美白你的皮肤。
- 尽可能地避免日晒。
- 面部出痘痘时,不要涂柠檬水。皮肤会收到刺激,产生灼烧感。如果一不小心涂了柠檬水,请立即用冷水冲洗干净。
- 用柑橘皮粉和牛奶蜂蜜做面膜。
- 多喝水。保持皮肤水润。

- 不要使用含有对苯二酚的产品,因为它有致癌风险。
- 在使用任何化妆品时,如果感到皮肤异样或者有刺痛感,立即停止使用。不要用劣质化妆品。
- 如果天天使用防晒霜,或者几乎不见阳光,会造成维生素D的缺乏。人的皮肤需要阳光来生成维生素D来保持健康状态。
- 美白霜停留在皮肤上太久也会对皮肤造成伤害。所以使用时要慎重,并且严格按照使用说明来。
