顺着石榴的脊线划破果皮。脊线是石榴内部各团块的分界——应该能看见它们自然的分布。不要切透而损失果粒,只要划破果皮就行了。所以呢,切的深度控制在白色部分足矣。
- 两组果粒团块分别从萼(顶端或开花端)和树干连接端各自呈放射状分布开来。一条自萼向下周延的脊线将两个果粒块分隔开来。

轻轻地把石榴掰开。这时果子会变成星形。如果底部没被切开盗话,散开的每一瓣连着中间,像朵花似的。接下来就可以直接吃啦!先把果粒取出来也行。

环石榴周水平划出三道刻痕。一道应该在正中间;另外两道则应分别将顶、底分开,大致对称。切勿直接把石榴切成块了!只要穿透果皮就行了。刻完划痕之后石榴应保持完整。
- 戴上塑胶手套也许是个好建议;沾上石榴汁还蛮难除渍的。

把顶和底撬掉。果皮应该随之脱落,开始有果粒露出来。小许果粒会随果皮一起掉落。若有大量果皮附着在果体上,就一并削掉。
- 取决于石榴本身和刻痕的位置,在顶端可能残留一点点的石榴的萼。如此则一并轻轻去除即可。

用大拇指在中间的切口把石榴撬成两半或两块圆盘。利用刚刚刻划的竖直线把每块圆盘撬开,露出一条线(接着会变成两条)。每排石榴都会展示出若干大块多汁、美味的果粒。

把石榴从顶至底对半切开。不必把萼或任何部分切掉,只要对半切就行了。如果你担心汁水横流的话,在石榴中部环刻出划痕也行。

抓只大碗来装满水。如果石榴被切成两半了,把它们面朝下放在水中。如果只有刻痕,在水底把石榴撬开(就形成两半了),同样也是有果皮的一面朝上。这样果汁就不会乱溅了。

轻轻地用手指把果粒拨弄出来。里面白色的衬皮会浮起来,果粒会沉下去。随着你越来越接近果皮,你可以把果皮翻出来,弄到甚至包括边缘在内的所有果粒。完工后就只剩下石榴的骨架了,像两顶内翻的小盖帽。

把滤网掏出来。丢掉果皮,滤掉白色的衬皮(把这些都丢垃圾桶),然后把水滤干就行啦。哇塞,每一粒都留在碗里哦~
