怎么冷冻新鲜南瓜

如果有太多新鲜南瓜用不完,想把一部分储存起来稍后再用,为什么不试试冷冻呢?冬南瓜和夏南瓜都可以焯水后冷冻。焯水能维持南瓜的味道、颜色,以及对人体有益的维生素。生的冬南瓜也可以直接冷冻,晚些时候再用于烘焙或做成南瓜汤。冷冻的好处就是不论在什么季节,冰箱里总有多余的时令南瓜供你享用!
